These fees cover the time and resources allocated to initiating and planning the project, and they are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
4. Change Requests
If there are any changes or modifications requested during the project, additional charges may apply. We will provide you with an estimate for any additional work or scope changes requested, and these charges will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding with the requested changes.
5. Mutual Agreement
AB CREATIONS aims to establish clear communication and collaboration with clients throughout the development process to minimize the likelihood of misunderstandings or disputes. In the event of any issues or concerns, we encourage open dialogue to reach a mutual agreement and resolve any conflicts amicably.
